Eng. Al Sawady, Founder of BRIDGE Consulting Co, an IT and business management consulting practice that spans the Middle East, with successful track records including hundreds of projects successfully delivered and PMP certified trainees.
In 1996 and before graduation from his university, Eng. Bayhas Al Sawady started his career as a professional trainer in MS Office products.
In 2000, Eng. Bayhas Al Sawady obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and in the same year, he obtained his credentials as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer.
Eng. Al Sawady started working as a project manager for big clients in the Middle East such as Saudi Airlines, and the Royal Commission for Jubail in Yanbu in 2003.
He has obtained his credential as a Project Management Professional in early 2006, and since then started training on project management.
Eng. Al Sawady continued working as a project manager and project management consultant for different organizations and executives until 2009, when he founded BRIDGE Consulting Co.
Eng. Al Sawady is a leader by nature, who knows how to set vision for the team and inspires them towards achieving it, focusing mainly on “Lead By Example” concept and making sure of providing team with the required mentoring and coaching
